3.1 7-Day Creative Return
If your materials arrive damaged or differ significantly from your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the acrylic tubes or jars remain sealed and unused.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of chemical pigments, we cannot accept returns on paints that have been opened or partially used, as this compromises the material’s integrity for other artists in Pakistan.
3.3 Refund Timeline
Once your return is inspected at our Karachi hub, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
